Reports: Chris Bosh In Hospital Undergoing Lung Tests
Miami Heat star Chris Bosh was hospitalized for testing on his lungs Thursday, according to the Miami Herald. Joseph Goodman reports that Bosh was sick when he went to practice Wednesday, and Heat trainers sent him to see a doctor. A Heat spokesperson said that tests so far were inconclusive.
The AP reports that Bosh's medical issue has been an ongoing concern, and predated his and Dwyane Wade's All-Star break trip to Haiti:
He and wife Adrienne vacationed with Heat teammate Dwyane Wade and his wife, Gabrielle Union, in Haiti this week, but Bosh's medical issue was something that he was dealing with well before that trip began.
"He wasn't feeling good," Wade said Thursday afternoon. "I don't know what it was. He just wasn't feeling good overall."
Meanwhile, Herald reporter Greg Cote suggests that Bosh could be in serious trouble:
