Mandatory Credit: Brad Rempel-Imagn Images The Minnesota Vikings' beleaguered offensive line was dealt another blow, as starting right tackle Brian O'Neill suffered a sprained MCL in his right knee, according to an ESPN report.
O'Neill suffered the injury while blocking on a field goal attempt in the first quarter. He did not return to the game, a 24-21 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Dublin, Ireland.
Starting center Ryan Kelly also left Sunday's game and did not return after suffering a concussion. Following nine seasons with the Indianapolis Colts, the first-year Viking has not missed any games with his new team, but did sustain another concussion earlier this season.
Minnesota starting left guard Donovan Jackson was already out of the lineup after undergoing left wrist surgery last week.
Pittsburgh exploited the absences by sacking veteran quarterback Carson Wentz six times and hitting him 14 times. Wentz threw a pair of touchdown passes but also two interceptions in the loss.
The Vikings (2-2) travel from Dublin to London for this Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns (1-3).
