Prepare For An Extra Half Hour Of College Football
Every Day Should Be Saturday points out that ESPN is launching a new daily college football show next season, and it has the oh-so-desirable timeslot of 3:30 in the afternoon, which, while preferable to "Rome Is Burning," is still indicative of ESPN thinking, as they put it, "assuming you're on the couch clearing a bong in between classes."
Still, more football is more football, and even though college football seems like something that won't happen again for a decade from now, we can support the idea, even as EDSBS encourages the desk jockeys to lose the ties and "let the neck fat breathe."
By the way, ESPN would also like to let you know that they're improving the way they admit their mistakes. That George Solomon, man, he must be pulling out all the Jack Bauer interrogation techniques over there. Norby (Norby!) is in the restraints, with the IV, sweating it out ... until Solomon finally breaks him. Everybody has a breaking point.

(Just kidding, by the way. Everybody knows that nobody over there reads Solomon's column.)
