Huberdeau opened the scoring with his team-high 11th goal of the season at the 4:42 mark, but the Lightning responded with four consecutive goals.
Kucherov put Tampa Bay on the board with 80 seconds remaining in the opening period by converting a breakaway for his 14th of the campaign.
Guentzel scored for his fifth consecutive game to give Tampa Bay the lead by finding the mark from the slot, and then Point's power-play goal at 7:55 of the second period -- a one-timer for his 19th of the season -- made it a 3-1 game.
