Mandatory Credit: Bill Streicher-Imagn Images Corey Conners withdrew from the 2025 U.S. Open on Sunday morning prior to the start of his final-round tee time due to a right wrist injury.
TSN reported that Conners sustained the injury in the first round on Thursday at Oakmont Country Club in Oakmont, Pa. The 33-year-old Canadian aggravated the injury on Saturday while hitting his ball out of a lie on the greenside bunker on the 11th hole.
Conners received treatment on the 12th tee and continued his round, finishing with a 2-over-par 72 on Saturday. He sat at 8-over 218 for the tournament before opting to withdraw.
Conners has two career wins on the PGA Tour and is 21st in the Official World Golf Ranking.
