Bucks G Kevin Porter Jr. out 4 weeks with knee injury

He sustained the injury while working out on the court Thursday and will require a minor orthopedic procedure, the team announced Friday night.
Porter, 25, hasn't played since sustaining a sprained left ankle during the first quarter of Milwaukee's season-opening 133-120 win against the Washington Wizards on Oct. 22. He finished with 10 points in nine minutes.
Porter is playing his first full season with the Bucks after being acquired in a trade last February with the Los Angeles Clippers. He signed a two-year, $10.5 million deal with Milwaukee this summer, with the second year being a player option.
A 2019 first-round pick by Milwaukee, Porter has career averages of 13.9 points, 4.6 assists and 4.1 rebounds in 272 games (151 starts) with the Cleveland Cavaliers (2019-20), Houston Rockets (2020-23), Los Angeles Clippers (2024-25) and Bucks.
