Maybe Brock Osweiler will be a better quarterback for the Browns. It’s possible that the Texans’ offensive scheme didn’t make the most of his abilities, which led him to throw 15 touchdowns against 16 picks and complete 59 percent of his 510 pass attempts. (This is admittedly an incredibly generous reading.)
When he was asked today if he’s good enough to start in the NFL, though, Osweiler offered up as evidence in his favor “the film from the past two years.”
